The most rewarding aspect of this age range to work with is when young adults check in from advanced school to communicate how therapy had a beneficial impact on their life course.

Adulthood can feel especially traumatic when change occurs unannounced. Edward has been working with parents of children for many more years than he has been a pediatric counselor.
Starting in the early 2000's he was teaming up with parents to foster healthy relationships with children. Edward sought to develop the types of counseling skills that would express an understanding to the complexities of parenthood, multitasking, professional development, and self-care. He utilizes a multitude of therapeutic interventions to encourage growth in a systems approach to therapeutic progress.
Following many years of continuing education, a Trauma informed eclectic modality has been Edwards favored approach to therapeutic intervention with adult clients.
Edward chose very early not to only work with a single developmental age. Each developmental age poses new therapeutic challenges. While the office is not always suited to all ages for therapy, having the ability to work with every age was a mandatory skill he focused his practice on.

The mental health crisis associated with the medical health crisis of 2021 has made it apparent that mental health treatment is critical, necessary, and worth fighting for.
In summary, Edward provides therapy across the age spectrum for a host of mental health concerns, with a systems approach, and an interest in joining the client in their pursuit of well-being.
