To help make your first appointment as productive and comfortable as possible, I ask that all new clients contact me by email before scheduling. This allows me to personally create your client profile, gather the necessary contact and intake information, and learn a little about what is bringing you to counseling. Having this information completed in advance helps ensure that our first session can focus on you and your concerns rather than spending valuable appointment time completing administrative paperwork.
